Can I still change anything about my order?
Once your order has been placed, we unfortunately can't make any changes. This applies to canceling your order, adjusting the products, or changing your address.
My order was delivered incorrectly, damaged, or incomplete. Where can I go?
That's certainly not the intention! We want you to be happy with your order.
Send us an email with a photo of the problem toinfo@skjur.nland include your order number. We'll try to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
My order is delayed, what now?
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, it's possible your order may be delayed by the delivery service. We recommend checking the status via your Track & Trace and waiting a little longer.
Has it been more than 5 business days? Please contact our customer service. We'll be happy to look into it for you.
Delivery
When will I receive my order?
If you order on a business day before 9:59 PM and your payment has been successful, your package will be shipped the next day. The delivery service usually takes 1-2 business days to get it to you.
Sometimes there may be a delay with the parcel service. In that case, we'll closely monitor the status and do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Returns
How long does it take for my money to be refunded?
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 10 working days.

Can I exchange or return my purchase?
We hope you're happy with your order, but if it's not quite what you were looking for, returning it is no problem. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your product, without giving a reason.
NB:
Only unopened products can be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot take back hygiene-sensitive products whose seal has been broken.
Returns are only possible for orders placed through our webshop — not through other sales outlets such as Bol.com.
Want a different product? First, return your current order. Once we've received and processed it (within 10 business days), we'll refund the amount. In the meantime, you can reorder the desired product through our webshop.

Yes. The fragrances in our products have been carefully tested for skin compatibility. They are low-dosage, allergen-free, gentle on the skin, and specially selected to be suitable for sensitive skin.
Is the serum suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The formula is designed to support the skin without overloading it.
Is the SPF Serum suitable for daily use?
Absolutely. Your skin is exposed to UV rays every day, even in cloudy weather and winter. Therefore, use the serum daily in your morning routine.
Is the SPF Serum suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The formula is designed to support the skin without unnecessarily stressing it, making it very suitable for sensitive skin.
Is SPF 50 necessary if I don't spend much time in the sun?
Even with limited exposure, your skin is affected by UV rays every day. SPF 50 provides your skin with the best protection.
Can I combine the serum with other products?
Absolutely. Use the serum preferably in the evening, followed by a night cream. During the day, the SPF serum helps protect the skin from sunlight, a key factor in pigment changes.
Can I combine the serum with day cream and make-up?
Yes. Apply the SPF serum after cleansing and then follow with a day cream. Makeup can be applied afterward. The serum provides protection, while the day cream further supports the skin.
Can I reapply the SPF Serum during the day?
Yes, in case of prolonged exposure to sunlight it is advisable to reapply the product.
Can I use the SPF Serum all year round?
Yes. UV radiation isn't seasonal. The SPF Serum is suitable for daily use, regardless of the season.
Does the SPF Serum leave a white cast?
No. The formula is transparent and absorbs quickly.
Which skin types are skjur® products suitable for?

Who is this pigment serum suitable for?
The serum is suitable for anyone with an uneven skin tone or pigment changes. It can also be used daily on sensitive skin.
Why is the cream packed airtight?
The airtight packaging protects the formula from oxygen and bacteria, so that active ingredients such as ectoine and hyaluronic acid remain optimally effective and we do not have to add unnecessary preservatives.
